How long do bank transfers take?
Deposits need to be made before 12pm to receive payment on the same day at 3pm. Alternatively they will be processed on the following business day at 3pm.
My bank is not not listed as a deposit option. Does this matter?
No. Regardless of who you bank with all you need to do is deposit to any of the HighLow bank details provided. If your bank is availible please use this for the fastest deposit times.
Can I cancel a bank transfer in progress?
No. When you have made a transfer you will need to wait for your funds to reach your HighLow account before you can trade or withdrawal your funds.
How do I enter my deposit reference when making my transfer?
Edit the name of the transfer requester on the bank transfer screen and enter your Payer Identification Code before or after your name. This code is mandatory for crediting the funds to your HighLow trading account. Please note that the Payer Identification Code is different from the user ID used for logging in. Make sure to enter the correct code to avoid any payment delays.
Where do I find my deposit reference number?
Each HighLow account has a deposit reference number that is unique to each trader, depending on which bank they are depositing to. If you are making a deposit to your HighLow account via manual bank transfer, then it is very important that you include the correct deposit reference number with your transfer so that we can correctly assign the deposit to your HighLow account. Your [deposit reference ID] is listed at the bottom of the HighLow deposit screen.
What if I didn’t include the Deposit Reference Number?
If you forget to include the correct deposit reference number with your bank transfer, then we will not be able to assign your deposit to your HighLow account. You will need to contact HighLow Customer Support with the relevant documents and proof of transfer so that our team can manually assign the deposit to your account. This means your deposit will take longer than usual to process.
My bank deposit has not credited my HighLow account?
Deposits made before 12pm will be processed on the same day at 3pm. If made after 12pm, they will be processed on the following business day at 3pm. If your bank transfer has not completed after this time please do the following:
- Do not contact the funding providers or payment processors, as it may cause additional delays.
- Check your My Account Management screen to see if there is a status for your recent deposit. If there isn't, it's likely that your deposit reference was not entered correctly.
- Verify your bank transfer receipt to ensure that you entered the correct bank details, including the deposit reference. This is crucial for properly assigning the deposit to your account.
- Consider any banking holidays that may have occurred when your deposit was made.
