Making a bank transfer to HighLow is a simple process. To ensure that your bank deposit is processed quickly, please follow these instructions:

Copy our bank details:

Copy all the relevant bank details provided in the HighLow Bank Transfer screen and paste them into your banking provider. You can use the copy icons provided to easily copy the information.

Include your Payer Identification Code:

Edit the name of the transfer requester on the bank transfer screen and enter your Payer Identification Code before or after your name. This code is mandatory for crediting the funds to your HighLow trading account. Please note that the Payer Identification Code is different from the user ID used for logging in. Make sure to enter the correct code to avoid any payment delays.

Wait for transfer to complete

Deposits made before 12pm will be processed on the same day at 3pm. If made after 12pm, they will be processed on the following business day at 3pm. Your account balance will update and you will receive an email notifying your that your transfer has completed.

What to do if your deposit hasn't arrived:

If your bank deposit has not arrived, it is likely due to an error in entering your Payer Identification Code correctly.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Do not contact the funding providers or payment processors, as it may cause additional delays.
  2. Check your My Account Management screen to see if there is a status for your recent deposit. If there isn't, it's likely that your deposit reference was not entered correctly.
  3. Verify your bank transfer receipt to ensure that you entered the correct bank details, including the deposit reference. This is crucial for properly assigning the deposit to your account.
  4. Consider any banking holidays that may have occurred when your deposit was made.
