Deposits made before 12pm will be processed on the same day at 3pm. If made after 12pm, they will be processed on the following business day at 3pm.,

If your bank transfer has not completed after this time please do the following:

  2. Check your My Account Management screen to see if there is a status for your recent deposit. If there isn't, it's likely that your deposit reference was not entered correctly.
  3. Verify your bank transfer receipt to ensure that you entered the correct bank details, including the deposit reference. This is crucial for properly assigning the deposit to your account.
